Academic achievements once again accompanied the steps of Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Gresik High School in 2026. Through the National Selection Based on Test (SNBT) pathway, out of a total of 116 registered students, 45 students were successfully accepted into various state universities of their dreams. This result is an achievement that should be appreciated as well as proof of the hard work of students, teachers, and parents in accompanying the learning process and preparation for college.

The students were accepted into various renowned campuses with various study programs. This success adds to the list of academic achievements of SMAMIO in guiding students to continue their education to a higher level.

The Principal of SMAMIO, Ulyatun Nikmah, expressed her gratitude and pride for the achievements of the students this year.

“This year's SNBT achievement is proof that hard work, prayer, and collaboration of the entire school community can produce extraordinary results. We are proud to see that the students have not only been accepted into their favorite state universities, but have also demonstrated superior personal qualities, fighting spirit, and character,” she said.

She also hopes that this achievement can be an inspiration and motivation for other students to continue to develop and dare to dream big.

“Hopefully this achievement will inspire the younger students to continue learning, dare to dream big, and believe that effort never betrays the results,” she added.

Not only that, Ulyatun Nikmah also expressed her appreciation to all parties who have accompanied the students' struggle until they successfully passed the 2026 SNBT.

“For this proud achievement of SNBT acceptance, the school congratulates all students who have been accepted into various state universities. This success is the fruit of disciplined learning, teacher mentoring, parental support, and efforts that are continuously maintained with Islamic values. Hopefully this new step will bring blessings and the best future for all graduates,” she said.

This year's SNBT achievement also further strengthens the positive trend of SMAMIO's academic achievements. Previously, in the 2026 SNBP pathway, the number of accepted students increased by 100 percent compared to the previous year.

"Alhamdulillah, this year's SNBT achievement is happy news and a source of pride for the school. This is not only about the passing rate, but about the students' dreams that have been realized through a long process full of struggle. Hopefully the students will continue to be humble, maintain their enthusiasm for learning, and be able to become a generation that brings benefits to the community and the nation," he concluded.

In his direction, he invited the entire school community to always work with a sincere heart, maintain enthusiasm in carrying out the mandate of education, and continue to improve the quality of themselves for the progress of the school. He also reminded that every blessing that Allah SWT has given is worthy of gratitude. Gratitude is not only expressed through words, but also through dedication, responsibility, and the best service to students and the community. According to him, a harmonious work environment will be created if each individual has the spirit of supporting each other, strengthening each other, and continuing to contribute positively. "Let's make every activity a field of worship. Gratitude for Allah's blessings is realized by working wholeheartedly, maintaining trust, and continuing to provide benefits to others," he advised all participants. Entering the session In essence, M. Thoha Mahsun started the study by inviting participants to reinterpret the events of the Hijrah of Rasulullah SAW. He emphasized that hijrah is not just a move from Mecca to Medina, but is a major transformation that gives birth to changes in civilization, mental revolution, and character changes towards a better person. In his material he said: "When we commemorate the event of the Hijrah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, we are not just remembering the physical traces of the journey from Mecca to Medina. More than that, hijrah is a symbol of the transformation of civilization and mental revolution, including in the world of work ethic." He then linked the meaning of hijrah with professional life in the educational environment. The spirit of hijrah, according to him, should be an inspiration for all teachers and education personnel to continue to improve the quality of work. "In the context of today's work world, the spirit of hijrah invites us to migrate from a lazy work culture to a productive one, from a treacherous one to a trustworthy one, and from simply working to a progressive individual." He explained that there are three main values that must become the work culture of every Muhammadiyah person. First, Trustworthiness. Trustworthiness means carrying out every task with full responsibility, honesty, and professionalism. An educator is not only responsible for imparting knowledge, but also being a role model in morals and integrity. Second, Loyal. Loyalty is demonstrated through commitment to the school's vision and mission, supporting each other, and maintaining the institution's good name by providing the best service. Third, Progress. The spirit of progress invites all teachers and employees to continue learning, innovating, being open to change, and improving competencies in order to be able to answer the challenges of education that continue to develop.
